The engineering recruitment business is WS Recruit 's top priority, developing a highly qualified and skilled workforce with a strong understanding of Japan. Quality engineers are guaranteed to work like natives and have the opportunity to permanently reside in Japan.
Our recruitment target is final year students and graduates of technical universities. Candidates will be trained in Japanese to NJPT N4 level and apply to work at Japanese companies. WS Recruit is implementing a program to cooperate with universities in Vietnam to provide free Japanese language training for students willing to join the work program in Japan.
On average, it takes 6 months from receipt of orders from customers to candidates' departure to Japan. In case the candidates already had JLPT N4, the duration can be as short as 2 months, as only interview and visa application is necessary.
STEP 1
Hearing
Upon receiving your job request, our consultant will conduct a thorough hearing to understand your company's recruitment needs and challenges. By gaining a deep understanding of your management issues and recruitment background, we will identify candidates that match well with your requirements. Additionally, before introducing candidates, we will finalize the service agreement with you.
STEP 3
Candidate Research and Introduction
We will search for the most suitable candidates for your employment from our network in Vietnam and the results of their suitability assessments. After introducing your job opportunity to the candidates, we will confirm their fit with your company culture, working style, and employment conditions. We will then directly communicate your company's appeal to the candidates and present those who express interest in applying.
STEP 4
Document Screening, Interviews, and Job Offer
You will conduct the document screening process. During this stage, we will provide you with as much information as possible about the candidate's skills, personality, and background to help you envision the candidate. If interviews are arranged, our consultants will handle the scheduling. After the interviews, we will provide feedback from the candidates and share your impressions with the candidates, supporting their motivation to work for your company. If you decide to hire a candidate, you will issue a job offer letter, and our consultants will confirm the candidate's acceptance.
STEP 6
Support Until Onboarding
After the candidate receives a job offer, our consultants will support them until their planned date of arrival in Japan. We will advise you on the visa application process and ensure a smooth onboarding process for the candidate.
The fee system of WS Recruit's recruitment service is a complete success fee type that is free until the recruitment process is completed. The referral fee is calculated at a fixed rate based on the expected annual income of the candidates. Please contact us for service fees and refund policy
